Returns and Exchanges
Purchases cannot be returned or exchanged. As stated once your ordered is processed we cannot do REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AS ALL SALES ARE FINAL.In case of a wrong item has been shipped, please contact the Company within seven days after arrival of the shipment. The Company will offer an exchange and no refund. It must be requested within 7 days after arrival of the shipment. AMOS ANANDA PRODUCTION PTE.LTD. will not accept any returned merchandise without any written communication via email and authorised confirmation.
Customers are responsible to take delivery of their ordered shipments. If a customer is absent and delivery is not taken by the end of the temporary storage period, the shipment will automatically be returned and the order cancelled. Re-shipment after return and cancellation is not possible. Please note that in such a case, depending on the circumstances, the Company can require the customer to pay the round-trip delivery charges.

You also expressly authorise us to use personal information provided by you to perform appropriate anti-fraud checks such as credit checks. Agreement to the use of third party services like PayPal will be subject to vetting and fraudulent checks where AMOS ANANDA PRODUCTION PTE.LTD. reserves the right to refuse a sale.
AMOS ANANDA PRODUCTION PTE.LTD. reserves the right to make the final decision on all cases.
Payment

We accept payments made by Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. All payment methods including PayPal (must be a confirmed address) must be registered with an accurate billing address.

By placing an order with the payment methods available at our online shop, your card will be charged in SGD and confirm that the payment methods used are yours or you have been authorised by the owner to use it.

We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card. If your card issuer refuses to authorise the payment to AMOS ANANDA PRODUCTION PTE.LTD. , we are not liable for non-delivery or delays.

Prices are shown on the site in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

This agreement is between you and us and not any third party. This agreement is not intended to confer any rights of any nature to any other party except you and us and our legal associates.

In accordance with the law of Singapore — You understand and accept that to the fullest possible extent permitted in law, we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage or injury caused to you or your hardware or software whether such loss or injury is caused directly or indirectly by your use of this website.
